MARIPOMA ENTERPRISE LIMITED was founded by Mr. Ali Seidu – currently the Managing Director as a General Merchant, Building Construction, and Civil Engineering firm. In 1998, the Company was incorporated as a private limited liability company under the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179)
As a fully indigenous Ghanaian company, the company has grown significantly from one which undertook small projects at the district level to a multi-million construction firm handling projects in Ghana and beyond.
Maripoma Enterprise Limited is certified under Financial Class ‘D1’ and ‘K1’ by the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing – Registration No. 13413A and ‘A1’, ‘B1’, S1’, and L1 under the Ministry of Roads and Highways of Ghana.
